Eric is staring to say his first 2-word sentences -- Hi -name- and Bye -name- . He says Da or Dada for Greg, 'ace for Grace, Deh for Dave (Grace's husband), and Buddy for his puppy and most animals. He still doesn't say my name much, heh.

He's picked up "out" and "wawa" (water, new today), and is much much better at identifying the nana (banana), the keys, the hat(s) and the gorilla in Goodnight Gorilla, and saying the right sounds for the gorilla (ooh! ooh!). He has recently reintroduced "bau" for bowl and has adopted Dn (down) for real. Nigh nigh is becoming more common.

He still doesn't like to attempt going down stairs (or even one step) unless he can hold our hands. He has recently thrown two full-on tantrums, not sure why besides the fact that he's 18mo. He calmed down after 5-10 mins and was all smiles afterwords.
