Yesterday we started the "no pullups while awake" process with Eric. From now on (unless he's highly obstinate) he'll be in underwear unless he's napping or sleeping at night. If he wets his pants he has to change into clean pants and underwear (if it's feasible to not help him) and we remind him to go only at certain times like after breakfast, before nap, before bed, and before going on a car trip. This puts the responsibility in his hands. Multiple sources tell me that this is the best way to succeed. He's certainly old enough -- he's capable of it, we just have to hope that he wants to, otherwise it'll be a lot of laundry for awhile. He gets 5 M&Ms if he tells us he has to go and then does (correctly anticipates). We have a few prizes like videos if he does something great like pooping on the potty, holding his pee until we get to a potty if we're out, or going an entire day of no wetting.

Kyle introduced Shoe and Baby yesterday and Light the day before. One of his favorite things to do while reading before bed is to look for bugs in Snuggle Up Sleepy Ones. He's starting to be able to point when you ask "Where's the bug?" (or bird, etc).
