signs: food/drink, done, wave, point, up, can I eat some of that
words: hi, bye, mommy, daddy, down (used for up, too), no, thank you (also bless you), doggy, shoe, kitty, bug, bird, that, "here you go", ball, baby

occasional / coming soon: fan, light, night night, ant, lion, tissue (pronounced "chew")

I think he said "Bye Daddy" today. That would be his first 2-word phrase. 7/18: he said bye bye daddy again today.

7/20: common: fan, tissue, see
new: fishie

7/24: new: up
He's using "buppy" (puppy? fluffy? stuffy?) for several stuffed toys including the gryphon and tractor.
