Eric helped me make cookies today. He got ingredients out of the cupboard (he agreed that the flour jar was "heavy. yeah."), scooped flour into the measuring cup, dumped all the dry ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl, poured the brown sugar from the new bag into its container, and tasted the brown sugar while I measured. He also tasted the spices (of course). He seems to like cinnamon much more than allspice or cloves. He liked his first taste of the batter but declined to lick the spoon after a second taste. The cookies were pumpkin -- mainly brown sugar, pumpkin, oil and flour.
