Eric has been getting more imaginative recently, making his stuffed animals do things like color and eat/drink. Not strict imitation like I think feeding a baby doll a bottle was, since there were bottle-fed infants at daycare for awhile.

He's also been playing more word games in the car. Today it was "bye bye X" and "hi X" where X was something he could see or think of (rock, water, tree, car, house, door, etc). Also played today was a game of animal sounds: "doggy ... woof woof" or "chicken ... dubba dooooo" (as in cockle-doodle-doo). Lastly, still today, was an echo game (usually played with la-la-LA!) of "Mommy" "yes?" "dubba dooooo" "cockle-doodle-dooooo"... "Daddy" "hi Eric" "dubba dooooo" "cockle-doodle-doo". He'll call the name of whoever he wants to answer and we'll answer him back. The usual form is "la la MOMMY" where I respond "la la ERIC". Today he tried getting "house... dubba dooooo" to answer him, but sadly buildings and trees don't answer back very well.
