We got lots of snow this week and last, and now have about 2 feet where the drifts haven't piled up. Today ended up being a poor day for going outside, though the temperature was ok (28 degrees), lunch and naptimes didn't end up setting a favorable schedule. Tomorrow is supposed to be -2, which calls into question whether we'll take the kids to church or not. We'll have to see.  Today's "winter fun" was pulling down icicles and either eating or smashing them. Eric was allowed to hit them against the side of the shower/tub, or smash them in the kitchen (on the rug) with a wooden spoon. Kyle enjoyed sucking on icicles for his teeth (he's working on those molars again) -- good because they're big enough for him to hold and too big to swallow or bite into smaller pieces.
