Per the marble sill in the flickr photo: The wetsaw we've borrowed couldn't cut it, but the local independent hardware store that we rent equipment from offered to cut it rather than make us rent a large wetsaw for 4 hours. Yay for independents. We like the sill (aside from it being attractive) because there are far fewer grout lines to let water through. It only sticks out about an inch, so I don't think people will bump into it when showering.

Dick and Michelle are coming over tonight. More kid-and-reno stuff later. I have to go make cornbread.
