At 7am this morning we had 4" of snow. It's still coming down, but nothing's closed. That's New England for you (and honestly, we aren't getting the amount of snow that southern areas are). As the Weather Channel said "Boston knows how to deal with nor-easters like this." The snow is light and fluffy, so really easy to shovel or plow, but also will blow around as we get wind today. Greg is out blowing the snow from around our saturn, which he has started so it will warm up.

In a box from Nani was a box of Jenga blocks which we promptly gave to Eric (partly to help distract from the presents under the tree). He builds towers with them but particularly likes us to build letters and numbers. On his own, he can build an I and a 7 and recognize them. He also likes making an F from an E. And right now I look over and he has added blocks to the E we made -- he's put vertical blocks on each "cross-piece" block -- it looks really pretty actually.
